ABSTRACT

Onse Kuganizira ndi Nonviolent Communication (NVC) zimachokera ku lingaliro lakuti anthu amapeza chidziwitso ndipo machitidwe awo amkati amapita patsogolo pamene mawu awo ena akuwonekera.. Kusinkhasinkha kumakulitsa kulumikizana kwanu nokha komanso ndi mnzanu. Ndipo kusinkhasinkha kumabweretsa zozama, momwe zinthu zomwe zimaganiziridwa zimakhazikika ndikuzindikirika.

Komabe, Kuyang'ana ndi Nonviolent Communication ikani kupsinjika pakuwonetsa mbali zosiyanasiyana za kulumikizana koyambirira.
