Gendlin, Eugene T. Focusing. Process and technique of Focusing. Bilbao, Messenger Publishing, 2008 (8edition in spanish). See on the publisher's website.
This is the reference manual written by Eugene T. Gendlin and dissemination of basic work Focusing. First published in 1978 and reprinted several times, still in force, with theoretical explanations and suggestions for practical exercises. Although the reading itself is already sufficient to atmospheric, some people experience the process of Focusing, is more appropriate when you have already done some hands-on workshop. With concrete examples and valuable insights, is a permanent reference work, in each reading brings us something new.
It is a book that I recommend for anyone who is raised closer to the Focusing, and of course an indispensable resource for anyone forming in this discipline.
Hope you enjoy it as much as the IM.
