Presentation
We as people are relational beings. That means we need to feel in connection, in connection with others and also in connection with what happens inside.
And it is so important an enriching communication, even when we do not always get it.
We communicate, yes, and yet it is possible to achieve a More Authentic Connection.
As psychologist and psychotherapist (and how person) I use several tools to create a More Authentic Connection with people, with the world and with my own self, among which feature the Focusing and Nonviolent Communication.
Focusing, name of the process and technique of Body Focusing, allows us to develop our emotions from the body wisdom. Systematized by Dr. Eugene T. Gendlin from his work with Carl Rogers, Focusing is taught and used in the five continents under the supervision of International Focusing Institute based in New York (GIRLS) as a therapeutic tool and self-, applied to the most diverse directions.
Nonviolent Communication helps us to generate a More Authentic Connection in our relationships, thus building a more peaceful world. The process of Nonviolent Communication was developed by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg in the United States. Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) helps to spread it all around the world to solve personal conflicts, with couples, families, in schools, in organizations and at political and social levels.
